Atlanta, Ga. (Jan. 7, 2026) – LGE Community Credit Union announced today that it was recently recognized as one of America’s Best Credit Unions 2026 by Newsweek for the third consecutive year. In addition, LGE was one of only four Georgia-based credit unions to earn a five-star rating.

Newsweek, in collaboration with Plant-A Insights Group, conducted an extensive evaluation of credit unions across the United States. The selection process included a comprehensive analysis of financial health and consumer sentiment. A large-scale independent survey of over 140,000 U.S. citizens, along with 2.3 million social media reviews and 80 million app store reviews, contributed to the final rankings.
